About the Role:
We’re working with a respected real estate investment company.
We are looking for
Proven experienced and results-driven Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join the successful team of Real Estate company in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in lettings and negotiation skills. A driving license is essential.




Requirements

What we required:
  • Proven experience in property valuations and residential lettings.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market (NW and surrounding areas).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence (company pool car provided).
  • Proficiency in using property software such as Reapit (preferred) & Goodlord.
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
  • Estate Agency: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Familiar with NW area preferred

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and requirements:
  • Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new instructions.
  • Managing the lettings process from listing to completion.
  • Negotiating offers and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to potential tenants.
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through various methods.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to achieve and exceed lettings targets.
  • Staying updated with local property market trends and competitor activities.
