Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager to join the team of our client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. This job include managing the sales and lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating deals, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Salary £30,000- £45,000

  • Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous, allowing for better service to a wider range of clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property sales and lettings.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide comprehensive information to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants or buyers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
  • Maintain an organised database of properties, clients, and transactions to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare marketing materials for properties, including photographs, descriptions, and online listings.
  • Stay updated on market trends and local property developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including preparing contracts and handling documentation.
